Where can I find the app?
QuickTicket is a web app, and therefore not available in the App Stores. It can easily, and without installation, be opened by clicking on this URL: https://app.quickticket.ch. You can then add the QuickTicket app to your home screen and open it from there just like any other app.
Where can I find my pass?
On https://app.quickticket.ch/pass
Where can I find my ticket(s)?
On https://app.quickticket.ch/. Open the link on the same device over which you registered, or log in again.
Can I change / cancel my registration?
Yes, as long as the event is still in the future. Open your ticket (see above) or the registration link.
Questions Regarding User Data
What happens with the user data entered by the guests?
The user data is stored in the system for 14 days after the event. During this time period, authorities are entitled to proof regarding the number of guests. After that the user data, registrations and the event itself will be automatically deleted.
Which user data is saved?
When registering, guests must provide their e-mail address and name. This data is stored, allowing you to see which registered guests actually showed up to the event. The data will be saved for 14 days after the event before it will then be automatically deleted. As the organizer you are obligated to treat this data confidentially and to not pass it on to third parties.
How can I delete my own user data as a guest?
You can cancel your registration for an event through the app up until the starting point of the event. Afterwards your registration will be saved for 14 days for verification purposes, before eventually being automatically be deleted.
